In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, it can be found in Boggly Woods, obtained from Pianta Parlor after getting the Platinum Card, or dropped by Parabuzzies, Spiky Parabuzzies, Clefts, and Moon Clefts. If equipped, it lets Mario do Quake Hammer for 2 FP (3 in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door), a hammer move that damages all ground and ceiling enemies (but doesn't affect flying ones).
