Parlor is the first real room in the game Luigi's Mansion. If you blow out all the candles in the room the paintings will talk to you and warn you about what you have done. A couple of Gold Ghosts will attack you and you must defeat them to get the key to the Anteroom.
The Parlor is mostly filled with furniture and the above mentioned possesed portraits aside from that there is not much else.
