It puts four different coloured Luigi's in one of the modes. The host player can set the amount of floors to one of four options: five, ten, twenty-five, and endless. The host can also select the difficulty of the mode with the options being between Normal, Hard, and Expert. If the amount of floors is set to endless, the difficulty will be automatically set to endless and cannot be changed.

Modes

  • Hunter Mode: All players work together to capture all ghosts on the floors before time runs out. Every 5 floors there is a mini boss and at the top there is a boss. At the end of each floor, Red Coins appear. Whichever player has the most Red Coins gets an upgrade for their Poltergust 5000.
  • Rush Mode: Players try to escape each floor before time runs out.
  • Polterpup Mode: Players work together to capture all Polterpups on each floor.
  • Surprise Mode: A combination of the Hunter, Rush, and Polterpup modes.[1]
