Actually, if you look at the [http://press.nintendo.com/articles.jsp?id=37262 original press release] ([http://www.nintendo.com.au/index.php?action=news&nid=2765&pageID=6 alternate link]) the only time they use the phrase "Yarn Yoshi" it isn't italicized like the other game titles. "Yarn Yoshi"
I believe that this is the working title. On Nintendo America's official press site, it says that the name is not final. Something to look forward to I guess :)
