The Jungle River, also know as the Jungle Puddle, is an area in the Jungle region of Yoshi's Story. Since [[Yoshi's Story]] takes place before [[Super Mario World]], the Jungle Puddle may, in fact, be the [[Forest of Illusion]]'s river, the actual jungle being the forest. [[Mr. Eel]] swim along the river for the first screen and [[Bomberry]] grown on the tree, it's very wise to stock up on fruit here, as later on you'll meet the [[Blurp (Yoshi's Story)|Blurps]]. Mr. Eel swim along the river for the first screen and Bomberry grown on the tree, it's very wise to stock up on fruit here, as later on you'll meet the Blurps. One Blurp will Jump out and eat the Yoshi, killing the Yoshi in one hit, while the other, blue Blurp will try to knock the Yoshi into the water where it will eat the Yoshi.
