After that, the player enters a pipe that will take them into a flooded section of the ship filled with [[Torpedo Ted]]s. When the player reaches Bowser Jr., he will be in his [[Clown Car]], which has been modified to work as a submarine. He will launch Missle Torpedo Teds at Mario while the pipes from the ceiling activate periodically and push Mario down. The player must guide the Torpedo Teds to hit Bowser Jr.'s Clown Car. After three hits, Bowser Jr. will fall off stage, and the room will drain itself. Bowser Jr. comes back and tries to use the giant robotic arm to smash Mario, but Mario jumps out of the way and continues his voyage into [[Soda Jungle]].

Bowser Jr. will come down with the Airship and snatch up the player at the beginning of the level. The first part of the level is on the deck where Cannons and Mecha-Koopas are ready to meet Mario. After that, the player enters a pipe that will take them into a flooded section of the ship filled with Torpedo Teds. When the player reaches Bowser Jr., he will be in his Clown Car, which has been modified to work as a submarine. He will launch Missle Torpedo Teds at Mario while the pipes from the ceiling activate periodically and push Mario down. The player must guide the Torpedo Teds to hit Bowser Jr.'s Clown Car.
