Lakitu's Cloud (originally known as Jugem's Cloud) is the cloud with the smiley face on it that Lakitu usually inhabits.
In Super Mario Bros. 3, Lakitu's Cloud could be used by Mario or Luigi to skip a level he disliked. (Although he'd be transported back to the space before the level if he lost at the one he skipped to.)
In Super Mario World, Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, Super Mario 64, and New Super Mario Bros., after taking out the Lakitu inhabiting it (if there is one), the player could jump on Lakitu's Cloud to reach places that he could normally not get to.
Notes
- The Fishin' Boo and the Lakitus in Super Mario 64 are the only known Lakitu species without a face on the cloud.
- In the Paper Mario Series, the clouds share the expressions of their owners.
- It's possible that the floating cloud platforms are from Lakitus.
- There could be a relation to these clouds and the Ruff Puff species.
