- In Mario Party (pictured), a song entitled "Move to the Mambo!" was included with all JAP/PAL releases of the game, but never made it into the American version.
- In AR Games, if the player plays Globe and shoots the figure too much, it will glow red. If hit for too much for a long time, it will explode, and a message will pop up saying "Look after our planet.". After that, the player has to buy the game again as it will be removed from the menu selection.
- In Mario Kart 7, if the player has finished the last course of their last cup without any star, the overall ranking of the player can be seen right before the cup's results.
- In Mario Kart Wii, if the player chooses battle mode first and is chosen by the blue team, then exits and plays Grand Prix or VS. Mode, the Fake Item Boxes will be blue instead of red.
