Tony is the brother of Vinny and a member of the Pianta Syndicate. He is completely loyal to Don Pianta, and later, to Frankie and Francesca when they assume leadership of the syndicate. During the events of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Frankie and Francesca elope, causing the Don to go ballistic.
