Gameplay
Each player picks a card for 3 rounds. A card either has a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, or a Bowser symbol on it. The first round has the 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 cards, the second round adds the 10 card, and the third and final round has all of the cards. Depending on the number on the card, the player gets that number for chips for their stack. If the player gets a Bowser card, their stack of chips will be reduced by half. Whoever has the most chips at the end of the third round, gets the most coins. It is somehow similar to Deck Hands from Mario Party 7. The highest possible score is 25, while the lowest is 1.

Trivia
- The mini-game name may or may not be a pun on the recipe "chips and dips".
- The name might also be a pun on the British food "Fish and chips".
