The Star Sprint is a mode in Mario Party 6 where a player has to choose a character and three partners. Then the player must race his character through a level with a star with the Nintendo GameCube Microphone. The three courses are Meadow Road, Dark Path and Magma Flow. Items found during this mode are Metal Mushrooms and Dash Pads. To play, the player must speak numerous commands into the Microphone to try to complete each course. The Player can also use the Nintendo Gamecube Controller to play.
