The Scatter Dive is Dry Bones' or any other colored bones' close play move in Mario Super Sluggers. It only happens when the ball and the Dry Bones reach the base at the same time, then the player must press the correct button. If the right button is pressed first he: He "Scatters" his bones apart while dodging the baseman/basewoman, and rebuilds all of his bones on the base. After rebuilding himself he strikes a pose, standing on his left foot with his right in the air, with his arms stretched out, his left farther down, and his right higher in the air celebrating the fact he is safe on either third or home (as those are the only bases a close play can happen on). This causes no harm whatsoever to the baseman/basewoman.
