The Baby Booster (also known as the Booster Seat in North America) is a small-sized kart that appears in Mario Kart Wii. The kart is a baby stroller with an engine and two exhaust pipes in the back, a pair of headlamps on the front of the vehicle, and a roof that opens when the character performs a trick. The character's emblem is located on the front and the back of the cab.

The Baby Booster is the slowest kart in the game, while it has an average drift. On the other hand, the kart has high acceleration, off-road and mini-turbo. The Baby Booster also has the highest level of handling among karts. However, the vehicle doesn't weight very much, making it easy for it to be pushed around by heavier vehicles.

Trivia
*The Baby Booster is one of the six vehicles in Mario Kart Wii to go through a design change other than a palette-swap; the others being the Bowser Bike, Wario Bike, Twinkle Star, Torpedo, and Phantom. The case here is that Baby Mario's and Baby Luigi's Baby Booster lack fringes on the roof. However, the Baby Booster's design differences are texture-related, while the other vehicles actually have model differences.
*The hub caps of Koopa Troopa's and Dry Bones's Baby Booster resemble a bird's eye view of their shells.
*The Baby Booster features the same weight as the Bubble Bike.
