Punio is a Puni. Found in The Great Tree in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Mario and the other punis went to rescue Punio's sister Petuni and also the elder puni from Lord Crump. Punio gave Mario the Puni Orb, which helped controll all of the punis.
A young Puni that you find in Rogueport Sewers, Punio helps you get to the Great Tree. He often helps you get around, and is constantly yelled at by the Elder.
