Diet

What is the source of the diets of each colored Yoshi? Wayoshi ( T·C·@ ) 00:29, 8 August 2006 (EDT)

  • In Yoshi Story more points are awarded to the Yoshi if they eat a fruit corresponding to their color. It also mentions this briefly in the instruction manuel for that game.Almighty Rajah 19:53, 21 August 2006 (EDT)

've seen the plural form of "Yoshi" spelled as both "Yoshis" and "Yoshies". I changed all pages to say "Yoshies", but will be be using it as the standard? SaltyTalk! 18:24, 9 Apr 2006 (EDT)

Which Yoshis

I was wondering is the Yoshi the green one featured in Yoshi's Island or Yoshi's Story or neither? -- Sir Grodus

No, otherwise the Yoshi would be around 80.

Huh? -- Sir Grodus Reptiles do live longer than mammals, look at how long Galopagos Tortoises live. Although they grow to maturity quickly, they live for tremendous amounts of time. Some scientists now believe that dinosaurs could have had lifespans upwards of 200 years. That's why I think that the Yoshi is the same. The main green Yoshi was young during the events of Super Mario World 2, so he is conceivably around the same age as Mario. -- Son of Suns
