The Cucumber is Yoshi's second original kart in Mario Kart DS. It resembles a green 1930s racing car and is somewhat akin to Toad's 4-Wheel Cradle. It has average speed and weight, low drift, and high acceleration, handling, and items.

- In Mario Kart Wii, the Nostalgia 1/Classic Dragster bears a resemblance to the Cucumber.
- Also, in Mario Kart 7, the Gherkin body part for a kart looks a bit like the Cucumber; in fact, some of the Gherkin's names in other languages have 'cucumber' in them.
