The entry contains the following parameters:

  1. Number - the chronological number of the proposal. This can also be used to subcategorize certain multiple step proposals (43a, 43b, etc.).
  2. Link to proposal - the link to the actual archived proposal.
  3. Title - the name of the proposal.
  4. Creator - the name of the user who made the proposal. Their name at the time of the proposal should be used, even if they were subsequently renamed.
  5. End date - when the proposal ended.
  6. Color - the corresponding color that fits the results of the proposal.

The color of the entry basically tells you the condition of the proposal:

  • Red (enter as "Salmon) - Failed, no change was made.
  • Green (enter as "SpringGreen") - Passed, change was made, result is currently enforced.
  • Yellow (enter as "Gold") - Proposal itself failed, but proposed changes are currently enforced.
  • Blue (enter as "SkyBlue") - Passed, but is no longer enforced or applicable.
  • Grey (enter as "Silver") - Proposal cancelled by proposer.
  • Purple (enter as "Orchid") - Proposal cancelled by admins.
