Its head is shaped like a boombox, for which it is named, and it is able to emit loud sound waves which hurt [[Mario]], [[Luigi]], [[Bowser]] or [[Princess Peach]] if touched. Boomboxers hate explosions. When [[Boomer]] explodes, any Boomboxers on-screen will be paralyzed for a short period of time. They appear in [[Flipside Pit of 100 Trials]] in rooms 15 and 76.
