It resembles to the Koopa Clown Car, but in the form of an airplane with two non-functional propellers. It has average drift, low acceleration, turning, and items, along with high speed and weight. It, along with ROB-BLS, has the highest top speed in the game. This is the heaviest out of all karts with a low items rating. It has the same weight as the B Dasher.
