The Hurricane is Bowser's new kart when the player beats Nitro Grand Prix in 100cc mode in Mario Kart DS. It resembles to the Koopa Clown Car, but in the form of an airplane with two non-functional propellers. It has average drift, low acceleration, turning, and items, along with high speed and weight. It, along with ROB-BLS, has the highest top speed in the game.
