The Ultra Blooper's tentacles arise behind Bowser.
The Ultra Blooper is a boss in Super Paper Mario. The only thing known about it is its size, the fact that it has four tentacles, and it is fought underwater, unlike the other two Paper Mario games, where Bloopers are fought out of the water and are usually floating in mid-air.
