Tolstar was a greedy trickster found in Stardust Fields in the game Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. When Bowser gets stuck in his cannon, he charges you 100 Beanbean Coins to keep the incident a secret, but when you retrieve the coins, he refuses to set Bowser free. In battle, he attacks by throwing spiked balls at Mario or Luigi. He is a member of the Beanbean Kingdom, and as such an ally to the Mushroom Kingdom. Sometimes, he just lets his tomfoolery get the best of him.
