The stage is located in the depths of a sewer, which is really a maze, where various types of Piranha Plant appear. The level starts outside the sewers, but the player enters via the Warp Pipe at the start. Other enemies as Aqua Lakitus and Caged Ghosts appear in the stage. The boss of this stage is a common Piranha Plant on which Kamek casts a spell, turning it into Naval Piranha. If players hit the 'X' three times, it will be defeated.
