The Fahr Outpost Mayor is the mayor of Fahr Outpost in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. He is a green Bob-omb. In chapter 7, professor Frankly suggests going to Fahr Outpost. If mario asks the mayor to use the cannon without Bobbery out, he will act as if there is no cannon. Once mario has Bobbery out, he will tell mario that he does not have the key or permit to operate the cannon. Once mario gets both items from Goldbomb and General White, he lets mario use the cannon.
