Sick and Twisted is a 4-Player mini-game that is found in Mario Party 8.
Introduction
The four players are seen jumping across two circular rotating platforms and onto a square stationary platform, with the rotating platforms lowering down to the ground as soon as the players jump off them. When the characters are all on the square platform, the game begins.
Gameplay
The four players must attempt to get to the end of an obstacle course consisting of multiple rotating platforms while simultaneously avoiding Bullet Bills being fired at them. The platforms rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise and vary in color and size: yellow is smallest, pink is larger, and blue is largest. Each platform features white arrows that indicate the direction of their rotation. It doesn't matter who gets to the end of the course first, as the other players also win by getting to the end as well. If the players don't move fast enough, the platforms start to lower down to the ground, causing them to lose the minigame immediately. Likewise, if a player is hit by a Bullet Bill at any time, the player loses. The players that are able to avoid all the obstacles and successfully reach the end of the course win.
