The item itself is hard to spot.
A Cloaking Device is an item in the game Perfect Dark. It is also used as a helpful item in Super Smash Bros. Melee. If a player picked it up, it turned him invisible for a short amount of time. He was not completely invisible, however, and sometimes even flashed to regular for a little bit. However, the player might not be able to see himself because of this sometimes.

In the Event Slippy's Invention, you must defeat Fox and Falco who both have on permanent Cloaking Devices.
