Flip-Flaps are a large species of bats encountered in the games Donkey Kong 64 and DK: King of Swing

In Donkey Kong 64 Flip-Flaps are encountered in Fungi Forest and Creepy Castle. Unlike Zingers who replace Flip-Flaps in daylight in Fungi Forest, they lack the ability to drop Orange Grenades. Despite this they are still dangerous as they can quickly dive downward and attack a Kong. Flip-Flaps can be defeated by simply blasting them with a Kong's weapon.

In DK: King of Swing Flip-Flaps return as enemies, commonly encountered in places such as caves.
