The items that the Koopa Kids in Super Mario Bros. 3 use to turn The Mushroom Kingdom's kings into various creatures that Mario and the gang usually face. The transformations vary between the NES and All-star version.
On an intresting note world 7's king was transformed into a Yoshi in the newer versions as apposed to a Piranha Plant in the first.
