When I saw it, I asked "Mum, what's that?". She then replied saying it was a video game console. I never played a video game at the time. She then told me about Mario and described him. She said it was a game about a guy in red and blue clothes trying to save a princess from a monster. My sister then told me there was talking mushroom people (toads) and turtles (koopas) and little brown things (goombas). When I was listening to my mum and sister describing Mario games, I thought they were psychos. I wathced my mum play the game and later she asked if I wanted to play. How I found out about Mario
