No, actually, that part is still technically on the first planet, it's just that the first planet is really big...

in cloudy court i found the hidden 1-up that was not accessible but now on fluffy bluff i found another inaccessible 1-up. this is again on the starting planet right under the bridge near the starting point.
 
is this accessible or not?
 
It is possible by crouch walking under the bridge

hidden 1-up?[edit]

in cloudy court i found the hidden 1-up that was not accessible but now on fluffy bluff i found another inaccessible 1-up. this is again on the starting planet right under the bridge near the starting point.
