| :Yes, basically. We can't just go to the appropriate sections, because those sections don't offer information as we'd actually need. They just give a brief overview of what the place looks like, and how it's involved in the story. A proposal isn't needed because it's already done. For an example, just look at [[Super_Mario_World_2:_Yoshi's_Island#Worlds_and_Levels]]. The platformers get these articles, but all we get are a brief synopsis of different areas that results in stubs.
