:It should be moved. I actually saw these comics on display at a Japanese bookstore while I was there. "Pikkapika" means shiny or bright, which would explain the logo being a sun. The title seems to be Super Mario-Kun, just like the much longer series, but the latter is released under the "CoroCoro Comics" brand.
