Should something about the beta keys in Super Mario 64 be added here, or should that be constrained to the Beta Elements page? :Go ahead, but don't write it as if they were actually in the game. Make it obvious that they are beta elements, and have the correct link in the section. No image. That collage image of many different keys is very odd. It should be split, or at least identify each key, because the "order of described games" has already been changed, and the order of games in the article shouldn't be changed just because of this image. - 10:22, 4 January 2010 (EST)

Shouldn't this be deleted since there was a proposal, that passed, that say if there is an article of an item that works exactly like its real-world counterpart then it should be deleted. This has been done with the cage article. Plus these are keys in general, non-specific. Zero777
:They don't behave exactly like there real world counter parts since these keys can float and how they are used differ from game to game such as in Super Mario World you bring them to Key Holes while in Super Mario 64 DS you bring them to doors. plus in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island the keys follow Yoshi like they were a Yoshi Egg so I think that there is enough of a difference between Keys in the real world and Keys in the Mario world to warrant a separate article. Raven Effect
::Those are good point, but IMO not good enough. I guess a TPP can settle this. Zero777

Collage[edit]
That collage image of many different keys is very odd. It should be split, or at least identify each key, because the "order of described games" has already been changed, and the order of games in the article shouldn't be changed just because of this image. - Cobold (talk · contribs) 10:22, 4 January 2010 (EST)
Deletion?[edit]
Shouldn't this be deleted since there was a proposal, that passed, that say if there is an article of an item that works exactly like its real-world counterpart then it should be deleted. This has been done with the cage article. Plus these are keys in general, non-specific. Zero777 (talk)
- They don't behave exactly like there real world counter parts since these keys can float and how they are used differ from game to game such as in Super Mario World you bring them to Key Holes while in Super Mario 64 DS you bring them to doors. plus in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island the keys follow Yoshi like they were a Yoshi Egg so I think that there is enough of a difference between Keys in the real world and Keys in the Mario world to warrant a separate article.
