Skeleton Birds are enemies in Wario Land 4. As their name implies, Skeleton Birds are flying skeletal birds, and they wear a green hood and a red bandanna. Skeleton Birds attack by spitting green clumps of goo, which do not actually hurt Wario, but turn him into Zombie Wario. While Wario is a zombie, he can attack Skeleton Birds; after hitting them once, they will crumble into a head which Zombie Wario or normal Wario can defeat. Skeleton Birds appear in two levels: Sapphire Passage and Golden Passage. Additionally, in the ending cutscene, a Skeleton Bird appears with two Men'onos in one of Wario's flashbacks.
