Hello, I am Sophie, a patroller for the Mario Wiki, and I am a big fan of the Mario, Pikmin and Splatoon franchises! I also enjoy documenting, organizing and cataloguing information into neat pages, sheets or graphics. Some of my favorite aspects of the Mario series are the creative designs for the creatures and the charm of many locations in the series. I have made many maps trying to make these locations feel larger and interconnected, as well as analyzed various aspects that connect places and lore between games.

On the Super Mario Wiki, I have a preference for smaller edits, tidying up articles and fixing small holes in our coverage. Among my most common types of edits are adding names in other languages, fixing/finding sources and uploading screenshots (particularly Nintendo 3DS screenshots of poor quality). My largest projects so far have been overhauling the Super Mario World: Mario to Yoshi no Bōken Land and Bowser's Minions articles.

When adding Japanese names to articles on the wiki, it can often be hard to find the right templates to use, so here is a quick reference for easy copy-pasting them:

Since their debut in Super Mario World, Wigglers have become a staple across the entire Super Mario franchise. Although they have most often appeared with four body segments, Wigglers with more or even less segments have also appeared. Below is a list of Wigglers with varying body length, from shortest to longest. For the sake of being thorough, arm segments and leg segments are listed separately, despite Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story demonstrating that Wigglers are capable of magically switching between hands and feet.

  1. ^ Despite the different English name, Flutters also have the same name as Wigglers in Japanese.
  2. ^ Not explicitly stated to be young Wigglers, although it is very likely the case.
  3. ^ a b Although artwork depicts Wiggler with four body segments, their in-game model features only three.
  4. ^ Not explicitly related to Wigglers.
  5. ^ Not a real Wiggler, but made of sand by Bowser Jr.
