Waluigi is the alter-ego Luigi takes after being turned evil by Warudeijī in the second Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins volume of the Super Mario Kodansha manga. Warudeijī tricks Luigi into turning evil by seducing him and making him give into his inner devil over his angel. Luigi initially resists but falls for her trick after Warudeijī pulls her dress over him. After transforming, Waluigi is seen chasing after Mario with a stick.
