Chilliam is the prince of the Slippenglide people and Burnadette's lover in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. He is a tall, lanky man with blue skin and icy hair. His name is a portmanteau of "chill" and the masculine name "William".
History[edit]
Mario & Luigi: Brothership[edit]
Mario and Luigi first encounter Chilliam and Burnadette on Bulbfish Island. The couple is accused of stealing the island's Bulbfish eggs by Leyden's assistant and arrested, but Mario and Luigi are able to free them.
On Shipshape Island, Chilliam is afflicted by Glohm and becomes cold towards Burnadette. He is later cured by an Ampberry fed to him by Dr. Vulko, being the doctor's first patient. Back to normal, he and Burnadette announce that they are getting married. The wedding is held on Heatfreeze Island, the place Chilliam and Burnadette met.
After Reclusa awakens, Chilliam and Burnadette's Bond is the first collected to break the barrier around the Soli-Tree.
During the credits, Chilliam and Burnadette are seen hugging as they jump on a Bouncy Bloom on Florall Island.
