Frankly the messages you got in 2009 were very absurd in regards to your edits, especially as a new user which is expected for you to try to learn the ropes when you're new to editing or you try to catch something you forgot. You've edited a page, what, only 9 times in a row? I've edited one page 14 times in a row in just one day (not counting days where I continued projects). Just ignore the messages above, and don't worry about it, it's very common back then for people to dock people for the most minor of things. {{User:Ray Trace/sig}} 00:45, November 26, 2024 (EST)

:Yeah, I confirm as an admin myself, and a user from also 2009. People in 2009 were too overbearing on your edits and I'm sorry you had to exercise walking on eggshells from this interaction for years. Please take solace on the fact that the admin team has been rotated out since then and we don't consider your consecutive edits as any sort of infraction. It's normal to make follow up edits to make quick corrections after reviewing what you saved, multiple times. Everyone does this. If we find an issue in your edits, you don't need to ask us; we will take note on your talk page with a gentle message for awareness and to help you correct it. {{User:Mario/sig}} 00:59, November 26, 2024 (EST)

Reminder![edit]

Please stop Editing an article multiple times one after the other on the Super Mario Wiki. This isn't a warning, and it's possible that you made a mistake by accident or without realizing it; this is simply a reminder for your information. If the action continues, then a warning will be issued. Thanks for reading and keep contributing.
If you feel this reminder was undeserved, you may appeal it.
Hey, I've noticed that you have made some good edits but you haven't used proper protocol. Remember to always press the Show preview button before saving a page so that you don't have to edit the article time after time and if you do have to do that, make sure to mark the other edits as minor! Hey there! I'm Marioguy1 :DMarioguy1 (Talk | Contribs) Hey there! I'm Marioguy1 :D

Consecutive Edits[edit]

Hi. Please don't make that many consecutive edits, and if it's not avoidable, mark them as minor. In addition: Please make use of the preview button to check before saving an edit. It will decrease the number of edits you have to do. - Gabumon from the Digimon franchise Gabumon(talk) 00:23, 28 September 2009 (EDT)

That's what I said! I guess two warnings are better than one. Marioguy1 (talk)
Yeah, I just noticed. It wasn't there when I started typing. Hm... Coincidence perhaps? - Gabumon from the Digimon franchise Gabumon(talk) 00:26, 28 September 2009 (EDT)
Well, if so many users notice, he is bound to listen Marioguy1 (talk)

I remind you again. Please use the preview button before saving your edits. You don't have to edit an article back and forth then. - Gabumon from the Digimon franchise Gabumon(talk) 21:04, 29 September 2009 (EDT)

Consecutive Edits (again)[edit]

Frankly the messages you got in 2009 were very absurd in regards to your edits, especially as a new user which is expected for you to try to learn the ropes when you're new to editing or you try to catch something you forgot. You've edited a page, what, only 9 times in a row? I've edited one page 14 times in a row in just one day (not counting days where I continued projects). Just ignore the messages above, and don't worry about it, it's very common back then for people to dock people for the most minor of things.
