:Actually seems to be because I haven't completed Zess T.'s trouble and can't actually make the item needed. Interesting. --[[User:Technetium|Technetium]] ([[User talk:Technetium|talk]]) 18:35, August 9, 2024 (EDT) |

Possible glitch?[edit]
In the remake, I went on a save file where I had completed the main story but did not complete any troubles to note all of Ian Foomus's hints for the wiki. All of the troubles were available, including the postgame ones, except this one. Meanwhile, on my other save file where I was completing troubles throughout the game, it showed up as normal. Has this happened to anyone else, and is there a specific trigger beyond just completing Chapter 7 to unlock "I can't speak!"? --Technetium (talk) 18:16, August 9, 2024 (EDT)
