Ballistic Beach is a Free-for-All minigame featured in Mario Party 9.
Introduction[edit]
The captain shoots a cannonball. The screen then spreads out to show all players.
Gameplay[edit]
The players try to be the first to pop both of their balloons with cannonballs. The left and right buttons on can be used to aim horizontally, and the up and down buttons on can be used to control distance. However, the players are allowed to shoot only one cannonball at a time.
In Time Attack, the player must hit five balloons. To achieve the bonus objective, the player must hit the balloons in ten shots or fewer.
In-game text[edit]
- Rules – "Aim your cannon and blast the targets on the distant islands. Be the first player to hit all of your targets to win!"
- Controls – "Hold the Wii Remote sideways. Press to aim your cannon. Press to shoot."
