'''Long Jump''' is an Athletic (Field) event in [Mario and Sonic At the Olympic Games]] where the player most run as fast possible by moving the [[wii remote]] and [[nunchuk]] up and down alternatley until speed lock then just as you reach the line move the wii remote upwards fairly quickly to jump. swinging too hard or soft will result in a bad jump taking the player not very far but getting the timing just right will result in a good jump, stepping on or over the green line will result in a foul. the player gets 3 goes per game.
