The '''Dark Hop Rod''' is a High-End [[kart]] in ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]''. Introduced in the [[Mario vs. Peach Tour]], it is a black variant of the [[Jade Hop Rod]] with teal flame-like markings with pink tips, teal eyes, purple lips and rims, blue and purple-striped exhaust pipes, and a gray seat with purple stripes. Unlike the Jade Hop Rod, it uses a dark blue variation of the [[Pipe Frame]]'s tires. Also unlike the Jade Hop Rod, this kart increases the duration of [[Mini-Turbo]] speed boosts and the number of points earned for performing Mini-Turbos.

Introduced in the Mario vs. Peach Tour, it is a black variant of the Jade Hop Rod with teal flame-like markings with pink tips, teal eyes, purple lips and rims, blue and purple-striped exhaust pipes, and a gray seat with purple stripes. Unlike the Jade Hop Rod, it uses a dark blue variation of the Pipe Frame's tires.
