Block Block
Block Block
Super Paper Mario description A sweet barrier! Briefly makes you invincible.

Block Block is an item in Super Paper Mario. When used, it encases the player in a glass-like block, making them temporarily invincible. To make the effect last longer, the player has to do an Action Command similar to that of Flurrie's Dodgy Fog. The effect can last anywhere from 15 to 20 seconds, depending on how well the player performs in the minigame. Block Blocks can be purchased in Notso's shop in Flopside for 50 coins. They may also be dropped by Tileoids, Hooligons, and Barribads. Block Blocks can be cooked to produce a Block Meal.
