Split?
While the Magon (and Cractyl, Ankiron, and Clubosaur) variants share the same enemy formula, the guides otherwise treat them as separate, "new" enemies. Should they be split? It would be sensical to apply more page categories only after splitting. However, it seems only the Ankiron derivatives share some different attributes that somewhat affect how they're fought instead of just making it incrementally faster, and aside from that, the Magon derivatives would be complicated to split due to having separate Japanese names for two sizes and lacking a sourced English name for the Mirror Mansion variant. Does anyone else have thoughts on it? LinkTheLefty (talk) 23:34, April 7, 2020 (EDT)
:I've personally been wanting these split, now that a majority have sourced names, it'd be good to. Besides, current setup's awkward for species categorization. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 23:45, April 7, 2020 (EDT)

Split?[edit]

While the Magon (and Cractyl, Ankiron, and Clubosaur) variants share the same enemy formula, the guides otherwise treat them as separate, "new" enemies. Should they be split? It would be sensical to apply more page categories only after splitting. However, it seems only the Ankiron derivatives share some different attributes that somewhat affect how they're fought instead of just making it incrementally faster, and aside from that, the Magon derivatives would be complicated to split due to having separate Japanese names for two sizes and lacking a sourced English name for the Mirror Mansion variant. I agree with a split. The Japanese names are unsourced, so I wouldn't worry about them too much. Dark BonesSig.png 22:52, May 10, 2020 (EDT)
