Shine Theif is a battle mode in [[Mario Kart: Double Dash!!]]. To succeed, the [[player]] must get the [[Shine Sprite]] and hold it for 60 seconds. The player also has to know that if they get hit by an [[item]], they will lose possession of the Shine Sprite and that it is free for their opponent to grab.
