In Shine Runners, there are seven possible spawning locations for the Shine Sprites. Seven are distributed along the circular portion of the course, while another Shine Sprite can also spawn in the center where the item box ring is.
*If the player drives up the center ramp and hops just when the back of the kart touches the edge of the Dash Panel, the player will gain more height. This trick can be done with various other Dash Panels in the game.
*Similar to the bumpers in the course Waluigi Pinball, the berries and cream puffs can be used to dodge incoming items such as Red Shells.
