For these Sonic character articles, would it be overkill if I put up their official heights, weights, and ages? Or, for this particular article, that it was essentially revealed that his legal name is Dr. Ivo Robotnik, with Dr. Eggman being an alias, for the full name of Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik? I'll have to search down the source for this, as it was exceedingly obscure, but we DO know that at least Robotnik is his legal name given that his grandfather and cousin also carry the Robotnik moniker. Sorry if I'm going overkill, it's just I'm a HUGE Sonic fan as well as a Mario fan and want to know what are the limits of things I could put up in these Sonic character articles. {{User:Dinosaur bob/sig}} 14:07, 5 November 2007 (EST) | For these Sonic character articles, would it be overkill if I put up their official heights, weights, and ages? How are the comics canon to the games? You have just produced false information about a character in game. Perhaps you can tag the article mentioning that his age in the comics are around 50, but official sources list his age as unknown at this point. Robotnik
- See this. Essentially, no one source is "more official" than another. Mario4Ever (talk)
Thanks. However this rule seems to be very convoluted when it comes to other franchises that have set rules. So, I can safely mention that Mario is being held in Zone Jail in the Sonic Universe series because the official writer of the series, Ian Flynn wrote about it on the SU blog. Robotnik
Dr Eggman speed[edit]
