You say that every other article has different English dialect differences formatted both "NTSC" and "PAL," correct? Well, hate to burst your bubble, because that's not the case. Region-free[edit]

You say that every other article has different English dialect differences formatted both "NTSC" and "PAL," correct? Well, hate to burst your bubble, because that's not the case. The only example I can think of where the NTSC and PAL formatting is not used is this revision of the Spooky Specters at Shadow Manor article, because the console the level is on is region-free. – Owencrazyboy9 (talk) 11:47, 2 March 2019 (EST)
