Gameplay[edit]

In WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!, the objective of the game is to figure out which of the four Fronks matches the leader on the top screen from behind before the time runs out. If time runs out or if the player chooses the wrong Fronk, they lose the microgame.

  • 1st level difficulty: The Fronks are yellow. The player has to use the head patterns to find the correct one.
  • 2nd level difficulty: The Fronks are red. The player has to use the head patterns, the arms, and the legs to find the correct one.
  • 3rd level difficulty: The Fronks are blue. The player has to use the head patterns, the arms, and the legs to find the correct one. The arms and legs on all the Fronks will curve wildly, making it hard to find the correct one.

In WarioWare Gold, the Fronks are replaced with different characters that change every stage.

  • 1st level difficulty: The characters are chickens. The player must find the one with the matching crest.
  • 2nd level difficulty: The characters are rabbits. The player must find the one with matching ears and arms.
  • 3rd level difficulty: The characters are octopuses. The player must find the one with matching leaves on top of their head, arm tentacles and leg tentacles.
