Stop changing instances of remake to port for the articles that revolve around the GBA remakes. that is not entirely correct.  a remake needs to be built from scratch.  deriving the material from a previous game and modifying it does not mean it is a remake.  A Link to the Past/Four Swords is an enhanced port.  Final Fantasy 4 3D is a remake.

Ports VS. Remakes[edit]

Stop changing instances of remake to port for the articles that revolve around the GBA remakes. Ports are more like bringing a game to a different system with relatively unchanged effects, remakes are a recreation of the original game, like the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. If you keep changing this information, then you might receive a harsher reminder or even banned. – Owencrazyboy9 (talk) 22:59, 18 November 2017 (EST)

port vs. remake[edit]

that is not entirely correct. a remake needs to be built from scratch. deriving the material from a previous game and modifying it does not mean it is a remake. A Link to the Past/Four Swords is an enhanced port. Final Fantasy 4 3D is a remake.
